From the bride Jillian, "Our story starts back in middle school. My older brother and Aaron’s cousin became best friends in middle school. We would all play games (online together) on the weekends. Aaron’s cousin didn’t have a console, so he went to his cousin’s (Aaron’s) house. We didn’t realize who each other really was until high school when we met in a shared class. The rest is history! After nearly 12 years, we’re getting married! Our origami themed wedding is a mix of Chinese and American traditions. You’ll find the Chinese wedding “double happiness” symbol throughout our day from the stationary, origami crane backdrop wall design during our ceremony, to the etched
champagne flutes for toasting. My dress is my own design; a mixture of traditional Chinese Qipao style collaborating with the Western white lace fabric. The centerpieces are cobalt blue bottles since I love and have a collection of cobalt blue glassware.
The flowers are mostly origami because every year Aaron would give me an origami rose for Valentine's Day." - Jillian.
In this enchanting journey of love, we explore the seamless fusion of Chinese and American wedding traditions through the lens of our cameras. Join us as we capture the essence of a harmonious union, where East meets West in a celebration of love and cultural richness at the beautiful grounds of The Villa at Ridder Country Club located in East Bridgewater, MA.

Their love story is just the sweetest. I was crying on and off all day. From the moment Jillian walked down the aisle, to their vows, the heart felt speeches, down to earth family, friends, emotional dances, and that dramatic flow of her cape- it was the perfect day. I’ve known Jillian for years. We worked together and she is my second photographer too! We always chatted about this day and I can’t believe how fast it went by. All the details and creativity that went into their wedding was gorgeous. Jillian hand crafted all the decor. The crane wall was absolutely stunning. It’s always an honor when another creative asks you to be their person to capture their day.
Thank you for choosing me to capture your special day Jillian and Aaron!
I wish you both a lifetime of happiness and love.
